
What is Trauma Release Breathwork©?
Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB©) is a comprehensive system comprising seven specialized breathing techniques. These methods are crafted to bypass the analytical mind and release accumulated tensions stored within the nervous system. Often, these tensions stem from a subconscious blueprint of past experiences, emotions, and traumas, some of which may have been inherited from ancestors.
TRB© grants access to this subconscious blueprint, unveiling underlying beliefs and experiences that may hinder personal growth and daily functioning. Through safe exploration of the subconscious, TRB© facilitates deep meditative experiences and activates the body's innate healing capabilities.
By peeling away layers of protective mechanisms that have accumulated around the body and emotions, TRB© allows you to reconnect with your authentic states. This process enables the release of tension and processing of deep-seated emotions, ultimately restoring internal balance and healing unresolved traumas.
In this session, I establish a secure and comforting space for you to unwind and relinquish control, facilitating a surrender to the present moment, where your body guides the release of past burdens. Still, these mechanisms harm your well-being and mental health in the long run if your body doesn´t get the opportunity to safely process them. FAQs
Should I eat something before partaking in a session?
Yes, I recommend a light meal before coming to a session.
How should I prepare myself for a session?
Upon registration, you will receive an intake form for you to fill out that helps both you and me to establish where you currently stand and where you want to go. This is the most important preparation. Furthermore, try to have a good night’s sleep before the session and come with an open and curious mind.
I take antidepressants. Can I still participate?
No. Your safety is my highest priority. I cannot guarantee your well-being if you participate when one of the contraindications apply to you so please read them carefully.
What should I wear for a session?
Something comfortable that allows you to move your body. Yoga, sports leggings, shorts, etc. are recommended.
what do i keep in mind for integrating my experience?
Be mindful that these sessions can allow you to travel deep into your subconscious and you can experience unprocessed emotions that will take time to integrate. Try not to plan many things after your appointment so that you give yourself time and space to integrate your experience.
