This tension may feel like a heavy burden and, while meant to protect you, prolonged stress can lead to discomfort, pain, and emotional unrest.
The Body Remembers© Bodywork targets this tension at a cellular level, helping release stored trauma and restore balance to your body.
In our sessions, we follow your body’s lead to identify and release areas of tension, especially in the fascia. This process helps reduce stress, process emotions, and promote relaxation and vitality.

Our bodies store every life experience we've ever had. Through the body, we can access the subconscious and uncover the patterns and unresolved emotions that keep us stuck in cycles of negative behavior. These patterns are often rooted in blocked emotions and unprocessed survival energy, stored deep within the fascia and nervous system.
Using a body-centered approach, we can safely access and release these blockages on a cellular level, allowing for deep emotional release, relaxation, and healing. This transformative four-hour session combines Trauma Release Breathwork (TRB©) & The Body Remembers Bodywork (BRTT©) to help dissolve protective layers the body has built over time. While these defence mechanisms were once essential for survival, they can negatively impact well-being if left unprocessed.
By releasing stored emotions and trauma, you create space for joy, self-expression, inner peace, and alignment.
Contraindications
This session is not suitable if you:
Have heart disease or cardiovascular conditions
Have high blood pressure
Have borderline or bipolar personality disorder
Have glaucoma
Have epilepsy, schizophrenia, or other neurological conditions
Are pregnant

Should I eat something before partaking in a session?
Yes, I recommend a light meal before coming to a session.
How should I prepare myself for a session?
Before participation you are asked to fill out an intake form. This form serves to support your process and helps me determine how to best support you during your experience. Remember to remind yourself you are in the driver seat and you can decide how deep you want to dive into your experience. Come with an open and curious mind, you can learn something about yourself during this experience. Also keep in mind to not drink any alcohol three days before the session and please don´t use drugs two weeks prior to our meeting.
What should I wear for a session?
Something comfortable that allows you to move your body. Yoga, sports leggings, shorts, etc. are recommended.
what do i keep in mind for integrating my experience?
Be mindful that these sessions can allow you to travel deep into your subconscious and you can experience unprocessed emotions that will take time to integrate. Try not to plan many things after your appointment so that you give yourself time and space to integrate your experience.
I take antidepressants. Can I still participate?
No. Your safety is my highest priority. I cannot guarantee your well-being if you participate when one of the contraindications apply to you so please read them carefully.
